Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Information supplied by you is not shared with anyone. We guarantee that it will be used only by us to respond to your inquiry or to process your request.
The warranty is limited to replacing or refunding the original purchase price of the goods (less shipping charges) only at the discretion of BioAccSys Australia. BioAccSys Australia does not give a warranty guarantee protection for damage caused by incorrect installation, use, modifications or repair by any unauthorised or yourself, damage caused by any other party or other external or natural force; use for any particular purpose other than what the product is intended for. Furthermore, BioAccSys Australia will not be liable for the cost of installing, removing, nor reinstalling this product, nor direct, indirect, or consequential damage to persons or property resulting from the use of our product. BioAccSys Australia is not aware of individual minimum-security requirements for insurances purposes and assumes the purchaser has made all relevant inquiries before purchase. BioAccSys Australia may revise its limited warranties from time to time but any such change will not affect products ordered by you prior to the date of such change. All goods have a one-year warranty on electrical components from the date of purchase.
BioAccSys Australia is committed to providing excellent customer services and high quality products. Goods are inspected prior to shipping and have been directly supplied by BioAccSys Australia. When receive the product, you must inspect it for any defects or non-conformity and contact us within 7 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with your order. After this period, you will have accepted the order. If BioAccSys Australia agrees to the return of Product at its choosing, it must be in its original condition with packaging, a return note and proof of purchase (store receipt, cash register receipt, credit card receipt or statement or a copy of a paid cheque). The return costs may also be payable by you. You are entitled to a refund if the goods supplied (1) have a defect (2) don’t do what they are supposed to do (3) were purchased for a particular purpose relying on the trader’s advice and the goods don’t do what the trader said they would, or, (4) differs from the description given to you by the trader. You are not entitled to a refund if you (1) simply change your mind about something you have bought (2) are responsible for the fault/defect (3) you were advised of the fault/defect at the time of purchase; or (4) you discover that the item can be purchased cheaper elsewhere. Freight charges apply to all returned goods, except where we may have made an error or supplied defective goods, in which case we will pay the freight. Should the product be defective, BioAccSys Australia will replace the product within a reasonable time frame. All reasonable care and endeavour shall be used to resolve any problems within a reasonable period in the circumstances. When returning the Time Attendance Systems, it is necessary for all CD’s and DVD’s to be placed in original covers without any scratches or damage. All fingerprints must be deleted from the Time Clock itself. Failure to meet with these guidelines will make the refund void until such guidelines are met. BioAccSys Australia reserves the right to inspect Time Attendance Systems and Biometric Locks before a refund is approved.
Price and Payment Terms
Products and services prices, tax and shipment are as shown on your invoice. Full payment must be received before the release of stock.
Items not In Stock
The delivery period in the Order Confirmation is appropriate. The place of delivery is stated in the Order Confirmation. BioAccSys Australia will not be held liable for delays in delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control such as supplier/ transport/ production problems and natural disasters. If the delay lasts more than 2 months, either party may terminate this Agreement. If we cannot supply all of your order, you will be notified by email/mail of those items not in stock. Unless the customer specifies otherwise, available goods will be shipped and the remainder of the order later.
Acceptance of goods is acceptance of the above terms.
